• To contact you about your appointment request.
• To keep a record of enquiries.
• To keep the website secure and understand how it is used.

We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Health information

Please share only what is needed to arrange your appointment. Do not send detailed medical records through the website form. Your clinical records at the clinic are handled confidentially under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

How long we keep it

Appointment requests are kept only as long as needed for the purpose above, and then deleted.
